Unfortunately, no. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on used or opened intimate items — even if tried on. We do this to ensure the health and comfort of all our customers.

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. However, you're welcome to return any eligible, unopened product and place a new order for the item you'd prefer. If we sent you the wrong size in error, please reach out to us to make it right.
