Below's everything you need to know about how BodiSilk ships your nipple covers, fashion tape, and shapewear products—when to expect delivery, where we ship, and what to do if something goes wrong.

 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package all the way to your doorstep.

 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We’re proud to offer free standard shipping within the U.S. on all orders of $75 or more. For customers in other regions, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on location and package weight.

Mainland U.S. (Lower 48 States):

• Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): $5.99

• Priority Shipping (1–3 business days): $14.99

Hawaii & Alaska:

• Standard Shipping:Calculated at checkout

U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Micronesia, etc.):

• Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout

Canada:

• Standard International (7–14 business days): Calculated at checkout

Other International Destinations:

• We currently ship to select countries. Rates and delivery times vary and will be calculated at checkout.

 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with your tracking link. If you haven’t received your shipping confirmation after 4 business days, feel free to contact us at support@bodisilk.com .

 Shipping Delays or Issues

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, BodiSilk is not responsible for shipping delays due to:

• Carrier disruptions

• Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

• Customs delays (for international orders)
