📦 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package all the way to your doorstep.

🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

United States (Domestic Orders):

• Standard Shipping (3–6 business days): $7.95 or Free on orders over $100

• Express Shipping (1–2 business days): Calculated at checkout

Canada:

• Standard International (7–14 business days): Calculated at checkout

Other International Destinations:

• We currently ship to select countries. Rates and delivery times vary and will be calculated at checkout.

📍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with your tracking link. If you haven’t received your shipping confirmation after 4 business days, feel free to contact us at support@bodisilk.com.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, BodiSilk is not responsible for shipping delays due to:

• Carrier disruptions

• Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout
